You all know already, but we got Rock Band this weekend, so that is what we have been doing lately. We are obsessed with it, as is usual when we get a new music game. Its so fun though! You can actually make your own band. You make some characters, and then if you aren't playing with 4 people, you can insert your other characters into whatever parts you aren't currently playing so they will be in the band with you. Its what I really wanted on GH, it makes it so much better! You can also make a lot more characters than on GH. So, of course, we had to make a bunch of our own bands. We made an Allies band (America, England, France and Russia, an Akatsuki band (Pein, Konan, Kakuzu and Hidan) and a Team 7 band (Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashi).
The characters also seem to customize a lot better than GH. There are more clothes and way more hairstyles, and everything changes color. Its super cool too, because we found some perfect accessories, so Kakuzu has a mask, Kakashi has a mask AND an eyepatch (to cover his eye of course) and Pein even has Pein-looking piercings! They also have some cute moves when they are performing, like when we were playing "Almost Easy", Naruto was singing all emotionally at Sasuke at the "come back to me" part. SO CUTE! ;wuhwuehwe Its so much fun, but I will stop rambling about it now.

I've also been playing my favorite Resident Evil game, but I don't think I am doing as well on it as I did last time around. I keep running out of ammo or trapping myself or whatnot. I've never been a great gamer though, so I am taking it slow and cautiously, lmao. I AM GONNA FINISH IT THIS TIME!

I am probably getting my hair done this week too, so that will be cool.

Basically, all this stuff is keeping me occupied and not wanting to be online. I have to get on to check my e-mails and stuff, but other than that, you probably won't see a whole bunch of me for awhile.

Today is the 4th of July, so that means fireworks! We got a bunch of them again this year, so tonight we'll go out and set them off in the street as usual. The damn neighbors always set a bunch of theirs off the day or two before the 4th, so then they run out and have to come down to mooch off ours. BLARGH not acceptable. Also, last night the neighbors all over were setting off so many fireworks (SAVE IT FOR THE HOLIDAY, PEOPLE!) that the poot was too scared to go outside, so we couldn't take her for her walk, which she needs. *shakes fist at neighbors*

Last night we finally went to the store and bought Rock Band II for Wii, which we have been wanting to get since it came out. Maybe its just because we have the gyped PS2 version of the first Rock Band, but this one has more features. You can customize your characters pretty well, but the only bad thing is that you have to buy ALL your clothing (except the default outfit you start in) so you really have to play to make the character you want. I made a character of me and one of France, and I think he is pretty fantastic. HE EVEN HAS A CLOAK LIKE THE ONE HE WEARS! Except, its cut off at the bottom and shows off his stomach, so its like a gayer version of it, lmao. Its pretty fabulous. He also seems to really love this girly Paramore song, because he gets really into it when he sings it. ilu France -dead-

When we were at the store, I was looking at the games and found a Wii version of my favorite Resident Evil game I played for Game Cube (but never owned) for $30. I was so happy I bought it even though we were getting Rock Band too, lol. I have been craving that game so much lately, and now I have it, YAY! I have Resident Evil 4 for Wii too, but I don't like it as much as the other one. I'll have to find some time to sit down and play!

OKay, that was kind of a long ramble, so I will stop myself now. I hope everyone has a good holiday!

Well, R'ou had finally gone home as of today. Its always sad to see friends go, but hopefully we will get to meet again!

We had a lot of fun, and as kusaabana mentioned, it was a good excuse to do things we normally don't. For example, we went on some rides at Mall of America, and there were a few news ones we hadn't tried yet. Weirdly, the Sponge Bob roller coaster was the most thrilling one there, lol! We also went horse back riding (which I just love to do). I had a really nice horse named Chico, and it was a lovely day, so that was very nice. We went to Valley Fair, the zoo, the movies, and did some other things too, so we had lots to do. Now I have nothing left to do this summer but go back to work (which is dwindling after the June rush) -gloom-.

One other thing happened too. Last week we found one of Yuki's teeth lying on the floor, so we finally got an appointment to get her teeth cleaned by the vet. Her teeth have been bad since we got her, but since she was over-weight they didn't think the anesthesia would go so great, so its been put off. She finally got them cleaned yesterday, and apparently she had already lost 2 or 3 teeth we didn't know about, and they had to pull some more because they were infected and nasty. I think she lost about 12 of her teeth? Poor puppy. But now they are all cleaned and she is doing well (except for the fact she burst some vessels in her eyes, so now they are totally deep red).

I guess thats it, since I am sure kusaabana and R'ou will be telling you guys the same thing.

I'm going to try to use this more often, but since its summer and I don't do a whole lot, I don't think I will have much to say. Oh well.

Well, this is the last weekend before our dear buddy R'ou gets here. We did the cleaning today, so I think we are all set and ready for her visit (just have to go to the store and get some food for her!). While she's here, I doubt she, kusaabana or myself will be online, so I am just letting you all know where I went if you start to wonder, ha ha. She will arrive late Monday afternoon and leave Wednesday the following week. I feel like I am going to get so behind here and on DA... Oh well, it will be worth it!
